Preventive care and early treatment play a crucial role in improving overall well-being. Our mobile health clinic will provide convenient and confidential healthcare, ensuring community members receive vital services without barriers.
Depending on event and location, the mobile clinic can provide the following services to eligible individuals:

A certificate of insurance is required for any location where the mobile health clinic will be parked. For details on this insurance requirement, visit the Black Hawk County website. A completed partner agreement is also required. Both the certificate of insurance and the partner agreement will be requested after staff have reviewed the digital request.

The mobile health clinic is equipped with two confidential exam rooms, an accessible restroom, vaccine and specimen storage, and a blood draw station.
