Black Hawk County Public Health is announcing an incentive program to increase vaccination rates among county residents. The program includes a raffle of twenty $500 gift card baskets. Four prizes will be drawn every Friday in July,beginning July 2. In order to be eligible for vaccine incentives:
· The recipient must be a Black Hawk County resident.
· The recipient must receive their initial COVID-19 vaccination dose between June 11-July 29, 2021.
· The recipient must have a current Black Hawk County address listed in the Iowa Immunization Registry Information System (IRIS).

Vaccines are available through walk-in clinics, primary care appointments and retail pharmacies for Iowans age 12+. Visit our vaccine information page for more information. The UnityPoint Health mobile vaccine clinic will provide COVID-19 vaccines for individuals who are homebound or have difficulties accessing vaccine locations. Please call 319-226-2600 to schedule.
