Insurance Navigation Services Available
Children and families needing insurance coverage will be referred to the BHCHD Hawk-I Coordinator who will assist them in applying for Presumptive Medicaid or Hawk-I insurance.
Eligibility Requirements for Vaccines for Children
Children Up to 18 Years Old Who Are:
Uninsured (no insurance)
Underinsured (insurance doesn't cover vaccines)
Enrolled in Medicaid*
Are American Indian or Alaskan Native*
*Some healthcare providers also offer the Vaccines for Children program. If your child has a provider, contact their office for information on vaccines available.
